Second factor app codes do not work after switching to Odido from Tele2

Dear All,

I have recently tried to log into my new Odido account. I have credentials for a Tele2 account, which I tried to use, and it worked out on the first step. But Odido asks for a code generated by second factor app. I tried to use codes generated by my 2FA app which was configured for Tele2 account, but those codes are not valid for Odido account. I can’t login. How do I proceed?

    I can help you with this. Can you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I can switch off 2FA for you so you can reset it again when you log into Mijn Odido. Looking forward to your message!
