Problems with login (app and website)

Hi,

I haven’t been able to log in the app and website for months. I used to have an account connected with my mobile subscription and log in with it is perfectly fine. Few months ago I’ve tried to connect my internet subscription with it, but it never works and now I cannot even login with my mobile account. I also tried to create a new account but the system doesn’t allow me. How can I get my account back? Thanks!

Hi @sholeer, it would be quite handy if you can just access your My Odido environment. After all, you can view and manage a lot of data about your subscription here, so I will of course help you to get access to it! 

You indicate that you are currently unable to log in at all. Therefore, I have deleted your account completely and detached your subscriptions from it, so that you can create a completely new account with the e-mail address you use for the Odido Community. You can do this by registering on our website. 

Once you have created a new account, you can link your subscriptions to it. Please note that if you want to link several subscriptions to one account, your data must match 100%.

Please let me know if it worked out. If you still need my help, I'm here for you!

Hi @Sam van Odido , Thanks for your help! I have created a new account and bind it with my mobile subscription. However, I haven’t been able to link it with my internet subscription, since the address seems to be error in it. As you can see in the screenshot below, the number 3 should come with the house number (1 3), but now it is in between the postcode and city. I had the same problem previously and your colleague deleted my account, leading to my initial problem. Do you have other way to solve this without deleting my account? Thanks in advance!

@sholeer Thank you for your feedback! No worries, I will not stop until your My Odido is accessible again. 

I looked into the system, but I don’t see a new account yet. I double checked, but luckily the adres is registered well in both the systems. 

When you try and make a new account with the e-mail adres that is known to us, what happens?
