I couldn’t link my existing subscription in my Odido after choosing my birth date it is giving error.

 

Hi Ozgur, welcome to Odido and to our Community! There is a known issue where new orders don't get fully processed. This is the reason why you can't add your subscription to Mijn Odido yet. Our IT department is working on this issue as we speak. For now, we can only wait for them to solve this. I see that my colleague also created a case for you. I'll leave this here, so I can easily find it and see if there's an update: 70770731. Please try again next week. I hope IT will have solved this issue by then! 😄


Still same, shouldn’t be so difficult to fix it.


Hi Ozgur, as I said - IT is still working on it and I'm happy to look for an update next week. I don't see any updates yet. If it would be easy to fix, it would've been fixed already. I hope you understand! 


One week is too long time. I need to follow up the order status before installation. Please assist me asap.


Hi Ozgur, I understand. I've asked my colleague from Internet + TV about an update and my colleagues will need some more time to research it. For now, I can only ask for your patience. I'm sorry for the inconvience, and once I receive an update, I will let you know. Your situation is already extra on our radar, because there is already a case (70770731) for you. However, IT is working with a processing time of 13 days at the moment. I hope they will solve this for you very soon!

I am facing the same issue. I ordered a new subscription a month ago and my start date is coming soon, so I want to know more about the status of my subscription, but I cannot link my subscription to my odido account.
When logging in, I get a message that there is a subscription that is available for linking, but on clicking “link subscription” the process fails.
If I try and see the subscription on this page - Abonnement toevoegen | Odido. While adding my birth date, It just says that the data I have entered doesn’t match the information in the system.
Can you let me know what might be the issue for this?

I have added the details I had, I am a new customer so I don’t have a consumer number. I also don’t have the Track and Trace number yet. I did have a call with odido customer care and they found some issue with the order which they will fix and then email me.

I have just sent you an email to which you can respond with a copy of 1 of the items below: 

  • Bank statement at address
  • Mail from government, utility or bank at address
  • Copy of rental / purchase contract
  • Municipality registration

Can you send these to me by email? You can do that by sending the copy as a response to the mail. Once you've done that, can you reply in this topic? Then I can continue working for you!

Hi ​@Teresa van Odido , I checked the email I sent, and the attachment was present and sent. I have sent a new email as well again with the attachment. 
Hopefully you can find it now.

I’ve immediately looked again but still can’t see any attachments. I think that something is going wrong on our end. Unfortunately, due to the Holidays I can’t resolve this today. However, I’ve noted this case down in my personal agenda and will find a solution for this tomorrow. So, no worries!

@Shasank Thank you again for your efforts! I’ve found them and immediately removed the obstruction from our system. 

This will take about 24-48 hours to be visible. As soon as this is done, you will be able to create a Mijn Odido account. I’d advise you to do this on the 4th.
