Hi Ozgur, welcome to Odido and to our Community! There is a known issue where new orders don't get fully processed. This is the reason why you can't add your subscription to Mijn Odido yet. Our IT department is working on this issue as we speak. For now, we can only wait for them to solve this. I see that my colleague also created a case for you.
