No 2FA code

Hi,

 

I don’t have access to the authenticator app and don’t have any backup codes for 2FA. I tried using the support chat bot to get one sent to my phone number but it doesn’t work. Can you help me access my account?

    Hey Mike, welcome to our Community! Your phone number ends with 81, correct? I just sent you a verification code per SMS. If you can tell me the verification code, I can change your 2FA settings from authenticator app to SMS, so you will receive an SMS on your phone number, the next time you log into Mijn Odido! I look forward to your reply! 😄

    thanks for getting back on this so swiftly. My phone number does end with 81. I sent you a PM with the verification code.
