At the end of October I ordered Klik&klaar. It was almost 3 weeks since it come to me. In the meantime, I got an email that it was cancelled, so I ordered a new one. If I remember correctly, I received an order on November 6, but instead of one I get 2 , so I called Odido, they told me I had to wait to see if any would be active. The next day one worked and I had a connection, but... the next day there was no internet. No connection, nothing. I called again, I was told my plan was active and it looks like there's some work to be done in my area and they can't tell me when I'll have internet, I have a prepayment of 25 euros and I have to wait. Today is October 24. Can someone tell me how much longer I have to wait and how to solve this problem? I haven't had internet at home for almost 1.5 months.
