Delayed payment


Hello!

I have had an odido SIM card subscription which started around November 2023 and I left the Netherlands in July of 2024 not realising I had a 2 year contract and the only way that seemed possible to cancel the subscription was by calling, which I couldn't do since I moved outside of the EU and I also stopped using the email I was using before, which means I couldn't see the incoming emails about the invoices. Now I do not have my odido SIM card anymore and I have no other way of reaching out to Odido except this thread. I understand this is my oversight and I would like to resolve this. I saw it is possible to cancel the subscription and pay for half of the remaining time, im guessing this is my best option? Also because I wasn’t paying the invoices for around half a year, I received an email from boss Incasso to pay an extra amount to them as well. Is there a way to resolve this with Odido? I apologise for my mistake and I’m looking forward to resolving the issue by paying the amount I owe. Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi Marian, I hope you're enjoying your stay abroad! Please fill in your full name, date of birth, 06-number, zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN in your profile. for verification. I've already looked into your account, and I do see an open amount of € 304.67. Your subscription has already been changed to Prepaid. The cancellation fee has been invoiced as well, but the invoices that are still open from before cancellation still need to be paid for 50% as well. This is what is still open at this time:

  • Administration costs: € 40
  • Cancellation fee: € 102,17
  • Invoices February, March, April, May, July, August, September, October, November: Total of € 162,50

You can simply do this payment manually as follows.

  • Odido
  • NL03 COBA 0733 9597 17
  • Amount: € 304,67
  • Description: 1.22032345

I'd love to hear from you if you were able to do this! Please note that it will take a few days time for our system to process the payment.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. I didn’t understand how to change my profile info, could you please navigate me to where I can do it on the website? Also, is it possible for me to transfer the remaining amount (€ 304,67) without setting up my account? Since I don't plan on using it for anything else and would just like to get this over with.

Hi ​@mariannskou You can list the information if you go to your profile > by the fields you can save the information and it will be listed in your profile. Only you and we moderators can see it. 

You can certainly pay the amount too, without an account. You can do that by manually transferring the full amount to our account number, as my colleague Marciano had indicated in his post.  You can transfer the amount manually (without an account) to our account number: NL03 COBA 0733 959 717 in the name of Odido. Always mention your customer number in the description (you can find it on your invoice), so we can link the payment to your account and process it. It will then take about 3 business days before the amount is processed in your account.
