Hello,

I need finely some help with payments via T-Mobie invoice. Since long time I can not add my mobile phone as a payment method for Apple App Store. No one from T-Mobile didn’t provide any solution for that. Together with Apple Service we’ve checked where is that problem but there’s no issue from Apple side. (First screenshot is from apple support) I don’t have any unpaid bills or something, no barring or anything like that. Was talking with few people from T-Mobile but no one can help. It’s means for me that T-Mobile can not provide services like they say.

I would like to check if everything is okay on our end, but in order to do so I need some more info. Could you send me a private message with your phone number, date of birth, last 4 digits of your bank account info and your full address? When I have received this I can go on and check what is going on.
