I can't see the status of my order

i would like to look into this. Did you place your order in the T-Mobile shop or online? Currently we are experiencing technical issues with new orders and our IT department is working on a solution. Can you send me a private message with your order-number, 06-number, name, birth-date, address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I will give you an update on your current order.
