Hello! I see there’s a lot of people with the same problem as I do, which is not being able to see the order on my account. Tried contacting on the chat but it says no one is available, even though it’s within the working hours. Can someone please help me check if everything is ok with my order? The number is 206114327. It's correct that you can't see the order status if you choose for pick up in one of our shops. I just checked and everything is fine. More than fine actually, since today - your phone is ready for you to pick up. If I'm correct, you received an SMS about it 1 hour after you posted your topic.
