Upgrade from Internet 50 to Internet 100 = lower speed
I had Internet 50 via DSL but my connection speed never exceeded 20 due to old KPN Infrastructure in my area (old DSL infrastructure). Now, KPN has changed the cables and I should get faster Internet. I was very enthusiastic and I've upgraded from Internet 50 to Internet 100 about a week ago. Unfortunately, the upgrade is still not processed and my connection speed dropped around 17! How long does it take to process the upgrade?

Thank you for your reply. I called the helpdesk yesterday and I was informed that the problem was outsourced to KPN from 21st of June. I was supposed to get a call from them in 3 days. This timeframe ends today. Looking forward.
