No internet. WAN Status: connection down.

Since yesterday (Jun 16th 2025) at ~ 4pm we have no internet.

If I log in in the modem it says there’s no WAN connection:

 

 

I’ve already tried disconnecting both devices for about a minute and then reconnecting them. Multiple times yesterday and this morning. No difference.


Third time this happens this week, but now it’s been about 16 hours. The “storing” checker says there’s no storing at our address.

Our neighbors have exactly the same.

@Tommie van Odido Turns out the media converter was the issue. It got replaced and all is good now. The technician spotted the issue at a glance and said it’s a common problem and fixed it in literally 2 minutes.

Hey ​@surai, the cause of the outage was found last night and adjustments were made immediately. The previous problems with Internet, TV and Fixed Calls in the Netherlands region have thus been fixed. If you are still not connected, please disconnect the modem and media converter (and any Wifi extenders) from the power for at least 10 seconds. If that not works, could you perform a hard factory reset on the modem? If you are still not getting online then I will investigate further for you!

I already did. No change.

I’ve called and a technician will come and check.
