Internet speed too low

Hello. I have a 750Mb fiber optic subscription and since the beginning the internet was showing +/- 250Mb transfer rates.

I now have the PC connected by wire directly into the modem and the rates are:
  • ping: 7 ms
  • Download: 91.10 Mbs
  • Upload: 261.83 Mbs
Please help us getting closer to the values ​​we are paying for.

disconnect all devices and only connect the pc directly to the modem. use the speedtest.net desktop app. and try to start your pc in safe mode.
