Hello Community,

I’m using Odido fiber optic internet at home, with a subscription offering 1 Gbps for both upload and download speeds. However, about a month ago, I noticed that my download speed has been capped at around 500 Mbps, while the upload speed remains close to 1 Gbps. This is all tested over a wired connection.

For my setup, I’m using a UniFi Dream Machine as the main access point, which is connected to the media converter provided by Odido. Unfortunately, contacting customer support hasn’t resolved the issue — they haven’t been able to identify the cause of the reduced download speed. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps, like restarting the equipment, but to no avail.

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Can you follow the instructions as stated here? You can share the screenshots here so Odido can investigate this for you.
