It's very exciting that you'll be moving abroad and I understand that you might have questions about transferring your subscription to someone else. You don't have to pay any fees for this, all we ask is that all the invoices have been paid on the moment of transfer. To make the transfer happen, you can send an email to internet.service@odido.nl with the following information:
- Copy of an ID from both parties
- Copy of bank card from both parties
- Written statement of the contract transfer with signatures of both parties. This should state which service(s) are being transferred at which address.
We would also like to receive general information:
- Zip code and house number of the address
- Telephone number of the new tenant
- Email address of the new tenant
Once we have received all the information we will make the transfer happen for you. This will be done immediately!
