I need to transfer my “thuis” subscription to my wife. As far as I can see, that can’t be done from the web portal. I want to know if that’s possible at all, or do I need to cancel my current subscription and have her get a new one? Izzi the chatbot is rather unhelpful here (why am I not surprised! :D), and it’s not willing to connect me to a human advisor either. Not being a big fan of phone calls, I thought I’d ask here first. Can I do this somehow? Bonus points if it can be done without a phone call! Cheers.
