Red light/ No internet

Good day!

Do you have any problems with your internet connection in Fijnaart? Suddenly, from noon, a red light comes on on the router, indicating no internet. I wrote a message on Messenger but no one answers

Everything has since been resolved. My apologies for the interruption. Did you also notice this and are you back online? If you are still not connected, please disconnect the modem (and possibly the media converter) for at least 10 seconds.
