I ordered a relocation from Mar 02, 2023. The installation is complete (Mar 06, 2023). But the connection is not activated. Customer care says that it will not be activated till Mar 13th. Can you please help me understand the logic behind this and how can this issue be resolved?
I work from home and I’m facing issues because of the delay.

Thanks for your response. I understand that sometimes there can be mix ups. But isn’t there any way to expedite the resolution? If the technician has already put this through, it shouldn’t take much time, right? After all, it is just an activation. Rest everything is set up.
