I am trying to cancel my contract but I am getting no answer, either by email or when I call.

I have checked your subscription, and I can see that your contractperiod is over. This means I can cancel your contract with one month notice, so per 16-02-2024. Is this ok, or does the cancelation needs to happen on a specific date (sooner than 16-02-2024 is not possible)? Let me know! 😊
