Change of address

Hello,

I'm trying to cancel my internet because the place I'm going to has internet of up to 70 mbps, which isn't enough for me. Today I have 1 Gbs internet. I have a contract and since I don't have the internet contracted I would like to cancel it.

I'm out of the country and I can't call the phone. Can you help me? I have the contract for the new place.

Hi ​@eujoaorivera, first of all I want to congratulate you on your new home! Of course you don't want a lower internet speed at your new address. I would love to help you with this. 

We require a proof of relocation to terminate a subscription within an annual contract. The contract for the new place would suffice! Can you upload the document into WeTransfer for example and share the link in your profile under “Info voor moderator”? Also can you let me know on what date your contract should end? Please keep in mind that you always have 1 month cancellation notice. That way I can immediately process this for you!
