Cannot login in MyOdido due to 2-Step authentication

Hi,

 

I was able to reinstate my account but now when I try to associate my subscription to my account I get an error in the last step when I am typing the code sent to my email. After pressing Continue I get the following error: "Er is een fout opgetreden, probeer later nog eens”.

Can you please check?

Hi ttrazo, welcome to our community! I'd love to help you out. However, I can't find your phone number in our system. Could you give me more information on what happened? And could you please double check your 06-number and fill this in in your profile, together with your full name, date of birth, zip code and house number. I'm happy to look into it. When I try to find you on your e-mail address, I can only find other subscriptions/phone numbers. I look forward to your reply! 😊
