As stated in the title, I cancelled my subscription sometime around May of this year. When i got billed for the month of June, I was not surprised as I had cancelled my subscription at the end of May. However, I recently got billed for the month of July, which I do not understand. I went to Odido’s website, and cancelled the plan again, but they are still trying to charge me for July.

Hi! The way I cancelled my subscription originally (and how I cancelled it again recently) was by going to Mijn Odido, and clicking on the service that I had a subscription for (in this case Internet) and cancelling it. In fact, right now if I go to Mijn Odido it doesn’t show any current subscription anymore, only giving me the choice to add a subscription.

Hi! I never had a mobile subscription, so I am pretty sure I did not cancel that. I only really had Internet and that’s it. I cancelled through Mijn Odido the only subscription I had with Odido, which was Internet. If you can, do cancel the subscription, although as I said prior, I have already tried doing this twice.
