Hi! I have left the Netherlands due to unexpected major housing issues and am now back in South Africa. I have tried logging in to cancel the contract but for some reason it won’t let me even log in to check the contract. I’ve also tried calling but no one has picked up. Because I have left the country much earlier then expected most of my accounts have expired or are going to expire soon including my account and iban. I was told that I could cancel anytime for this contract without issues when I registered but I’m just having a hard time doing so as I am out of the country. What can I do?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I’ve updated it in my profile and added the address I had when I signed up for the contract, this is no longer where I live though however.

I see that your contract still runs through 25-8-2026. If you want to cancel the subscription, you will have to buy it off. You will then pay 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the device credit you currently have open (if you have it). 

The earliest I can cancel the subscription for you is 12/12/24 due to one month's notice. I made the calculation for you right away and if I cancel it on that date, it will cost you € 147,61. If you agree, I can process the cancellation for you. I just need to do an additional verification to make sure you are the right person. I have therefore sent a verification code by SMS to the number. Can you share it with me? Then I can process the termination for you after that.
