Good morning

 

Me and my husband want to change phone subscription from KPN to Odido. Our subscription will end by end of the March. We also want to use our same number. What should I do? We also want to use Odido ethernet at our new house! Thanks for your help!

To get a new subscription with us and keep your phone number, you can easily go Odido.nl, order a subscription and choose for 'Nummerbehoud’ (Number porting). Are you looking for a Sim Only subscription? Please click here to check out all of our options. Are you looking for a subscription with a phone? Then, please click here to go to the page with all of our mobile phones. In one of the first steps during ordering, you will get the option to choose Nummerbehoud, see my screenshot below. Here you can fill in your current 06-number that you want to keep with your new subscription.

For Internet at home, please go to this page on our website. Here you can see all the options that we offer; regarding speed, run time of your contract, and if you would like TV and/or Telefonie. You can also call my colleagues from Telesales on 0800-0092. They can help you every step of the way, helping you to order your mobile and internet subscription. If you have one of our Shops nearby, please feel free to walk in, we can also help you there.
