Hello there,

I have similar problem with cancelling my phone from abroad.

 

I live abroad now and need to cancel my Odido mobile subscription, unfrotunately I cannot reach the online cancellation form because it asks for second verification by sending 4 digit code to the mobile number but it never reached me anymore since my old tmobile sim card is now not working anymore.

I tried to make a phone call to 0800-0092 but half an hour I just hear music as all operators are busy.

Can someone from Odido please help me with this?

Good morning ​@cakhairia, understandable that you don't want to pay for a subscription you won't use anymore! I was able to find your phone number through the email address in your account. I see that your contract has already expired, which means I can cancel your subscription free of charge. Please keep in mind that there is always one month's notice. In your case, that means I can cancel the subscription on the 30th of January. Is this okay with you? Then I'll go ahead and arrange it. Please let me know!

Hi ​@cakhairia unfortunately, we are no longer allowed to search alone by your email address. Can you include your full name, phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile? I will only need to perform an additional verification with you after that. For this, I will send a verification code by SMS to your number. Once you can share the code with me, I can cancel the subscription for you by January 30!

Thank you for getting back to me. I called the customer service directly and gave them all my personal information per phone, I am able to cancel it now. Thank you for your help.
