Hi,

  I got a Phone with a subcription (via Belsimpel with t-mobile as the network provider), the contract is coming to an end in October but they extended the without giving me a notice. I would like to cancel the plan but i dont stay in the Netherlands nor do i have the sim in hand. It would be really helpful if you can help me in cancelling the account.

I would like to look into this. Can you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I will file a cancellation request for you. Please keep in mind there is a one month notice. Looking forward to your message!
