Hi!

I have a contract which ends on the 19th September. Unfortunately, I left the Netherlands and I do not intend on going back there. Therefore, I want to cancel my subscription.

I know that I need to make a month notice. I was wondering if it is possible to cancel the subscription from away since I am not currently in the Netherlands and I cannot go to the office to do it in person.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

How unfortunate that you are leaving us. I can help you with your request. Just let me know if you would like to cancel your subscription or if you would like to transfer it to  PrePaid. If you can send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your bank account, I will file the cancellation request for you.
