Still haven't received the installation package

I ordered T-Mobile Home on December 7th and still haven’t received the installation package. Is this expected time of delivery or perhaps something went wrong?

 

Also, how to turn off deezer? I had it connected but I’m not going to use it.

Hi @OlgaB, I checked your order and there appears to be some kind of obstruction at your address. We are currently waiting on more information from the grid operator. We will inform you about the application as soon as it's clear on how we can proceed. My apologies for the delay!

Edit: You can turn off Deezer easily through your My T-Mobile account.
