Prepaid to subscription

Hello, I recently changed my prepaid number to postpaid, and got subscription at the odido store, however, I cannot see subscription information in the Odido app, nor in the website. It has been 3 days and it says "error happened" everytime I want to open that page. I wonder is there anyway i can check what kind of subscription do I have? When i will be charged? And what is going on?

No worries, I just deleted the account for you and disconnected everything. Feel free to create a new account via our website and then link your subscription again. After that, you should be fine and you can see all sorts of things about your subscription!
