I tried to renew through the app and I ended up ordering optic fiber.
I then called customer support, and renewed it through phone. I also asked them to cancel to optic fiber order. The customer support told me that the order will be cancelled automatically.
When I login to mijn-odido I can see that the order for optic fiber is still in progress.
What should I do?

I would love to look into your account and see what the status of the Fiber order is and if I can cancel this for you. Can you please enter your zip code, house number, date of birth and last 4 digits of the bank account number into your profile and notify us in this topic when you have done this? That way we can look into this for you!
