A week ago I have requested a T-mobile Thuis abonament for my new apartment, where I will move from the 1st of November. Since I will be working from home I will need an internet connection not to get in trouble.
Since then the status of my order is still “in behandeling” and I haven’t received any confirmation email. I’ve tried to get in touch with the customer service but this was unsuccessful.
Would it be possible to know that everything is in order and I will be able to use internet from the 1st of November? Otherwise I’d rather cancel the order.
