Hello,

I had an outstanding payment from the past two months, which lead to my SIM being blocked a few days ago. I paid it fully yesterday afternoon but my SIM is still blocked. I have tried turning my phone on and off and removing the SIM card, but nothing helps. I also can’t call Odido because I don’t have signal since the SIM is blocked - what can I do to get it unblocked?

PS - maybe it helps to know that I’m currently in England but usually live in the Netherlands. I had perfect signal when I arrived but nothing since the block. 

Did you pay via ideal in the app or via manual transfer? The last proces takes a few days.
