Hi Team,

 

I have ordered an Klik&Klaar on 22nd Nov and start is supposed to be 12th Dec but I haven’t received have email from DHL or Odido about package. Also I can’t see order status anywhere whether in app or website?

 

Can anyone please help me with this?

I would love to give you more clarity on this, with Klik & Klaar the product becomes active immediately on the day that it will be delivered. This means that the activation date is also the delivery date. In this case Klik & Klaar will be delivered by PostNL so you can expect a package from PostNL on the 12th with your new modem!
