Need to cancel subscription

Hello,

I moved out of the Netherlands two years ago, and my phone subscription has finally ended. I would like to cancel my subscription.

Hi! Thanks Duncan. I tried that out but unfortunately, I don’t speak Dutch and can’t understand the prompts on the phone.

Hello ​@jlopezac, welcome to our Community! Very understandable that you want to cancel the subscription, since you have moved abroad. I will be happy to help you with this through this way!

Indeed, I see that you are already out of contract period. If I process the cancellation for you today, the earliest it can be stopped is 20/01/25 due to one month's notice. 

Do you no longer need the number? Then I can stop the subscription for you. Should you still need the number in the future, I can arrange for your subscription to be converted to a PrePaid connection. 

Can you let me know your preference? I just need to do some additional verification to make sure you are the right person. I have just sent a verification code to your number by text message. Can you share it with me? Then I can set it up for you after that!

Hello! Thank you for the prompt reply.

I do not need the number anymore. I would just like to cancel my plan as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to the phone number anymore. I do have a Canadian number if that works, so let me know how we can proceed from here. Thanks again!
