Cancel my order during reflection period

Hello,

My mobile internet contract ends next month. So through the t-mobile app it offered to renew it, and it showed a price of 26 euros for unlimited internet (right now I'm paying 36 euros a month). But when I received the email stating the price of the new contract, it mentions 36 euros. So I would like to cancel the new contract as I have a cooling off period of 14 days to cancel. I don't want to keep paying the same 36 euros a month, and I feel cheated by the fake price shown through the phone app for renewal.

Does anyone know how I can cancel the contract before it starts?

26 euro for unlimited internet and calling? That price is valid IF you have also fixed internet with T-Mobile. Than you get “customer benefits". If you do not have this fixed internet, “T-Mobile thuis”, and you do not want to prolonge your contract, call the customer care as stated in the confirmation email. They will cancell this and you stay with your old contract.
