Hey hey, 

Glass fiber network was installed in my neighborhood back in September. Right away, I requested to sign up, and switch from my current Odido contract to glass fiber. I received the summary emails on the 1st October, no updates since. On that email, I was promised an update on the 18th October, which never came. Also no update on the my Odido, just that order is processing.

I am not happy with the long wait with no communication for weeks. I would really appreciate if you could look into the status of my order, Klantnummer: SPP58462.

You do not have a fiber connection point in your house yet? Do you know who is the grid operator? Maybe there is still work going on outside.

Glass fiber was installed outside in September e.g., orange cables are outside, next to my entrance - I received communication from KPN about that, and even the possibility to switch to their newly installed glass fiber, as it became available in this area. Actually, one of my neighbours has already received a visit from KPN to install their glass fiber. I am not sure if all works are in place, but communication from Odido was that glass fiber was available at my address, and they would proceed with next steps.

If you have given permission to KPN for placing a fiber connection point in your house than KPN should contact you soon to make an appointment.

If that doesn't happen than Odido can help you.
