Because I need internet in house and Odido can not provide it. And they are expecting me to call their supplier company because they don’t have any influence to their supplier company.

Just choose the Klik&Klaar 5G product and otherwise go for another provider. Odido is dependent on a fiber supplier and they can't seem to figure out when there will be anything ready for. Don't wait for it and just choose something else until they do know.

Don't accept any charges to terminate your contract (if they want to do that when termenating the contract). They can't provide a connection on your new adres so you are free to terminate.

For Klik&Klaar you can test this for 14 days. After that it's a monthly subscription which you can always terminate with one month notice (so no year contract). So it could be a good choice until they do get the fiber connection hooked up. (Unfortunately no TV with K&K but it's really affordable)

Hello @kemalseyh

Has the fiber cable allready been installed in the street and maybe to the wall of your house?

Are neighbours allready using fiber internet? Maybe the workers are not finished yet outside.

Hello @Waqqas it seems there is no fiber cable installed in the street therefore not in my house. I don’t know if  the neighbors using fiber net from Odido. But the thing is Odido can not figure out and always want me to wait 2 weeks. They should be more transparent and clear. If it will take 6 months then they can indicate it clearly instead of stalling me 3 months. Because I need internet in house and Odido can not provide it. And they are expecting me to call their supplier company because they don’t have any influence to their supplier company.

If there is no cable in the street means that Odido has to wait until the local grid provider created that. Also another internet service provider for the same thing to happen first. Klik and klaar is the Fixed Wireless product of Odido is directly available as it uses the  mobile network. The cost is.only €25. You can keep the order for the glasfiber in, so eventually it will come.

Hi @eric thank you but I also have unlimited 5g in my phone so I can use as hotspot. Is there any difference between klikenklaar and hotspot? If not then I will choose another provider but with dsl instead of fibernet.

If DSL is still avaliable,  that is an option. The difference between 5G hotspot and klik and klaar is that the last one got a powerfull modem/router and wifi +ethernet connections.l, just like a regular DSL or Glasfiber router. The daily limit of 20gb and than bundle boosters on your hotspot are not needed with klik and klik, it is unlimited without bundles.

Last difference is of course, you can have your home network be connected to the internet even when you are away with your phone.

You won't even need to look for another provider because Odido should also be able to deliver via DSL (unless they don't cooperate because they really only want to provide fiber at that address).
