I recently switched from prepaid to subscription, both on Odido, and maintained my number. I cannot link the subscription on the app. I receive an error message saying the number is already linked to another account. I don't have another account. This seems to be a common problem, but the only solution I see is someone from Odido removing the previous account for you. I tried to contact customer service but received no reply. How can I add my new subscription so I can view my invoices?
