Linking a mobile subscription My Odido is not working

I recently switched from prepaid to subscription, both on Odido, and maintained my number. I cannot link the subscription on the app. I receive an error message saying the number is already linked to another account. I don't have another account. This seems to be a common problem, but the only solution I see is someone from Odido removing the previous account for you. I tried to contact customer service but received no reply. How can I add my new subscription so I can view my invoices?

Can you please also add the last 4 digits of your bank account number to your community profile? The verification will then be complete, and I can help you straight away!

Hello ​@Melissalloyd, thanks for adding the details to your profile! I looked right away and saw that your account was still linked to your old/inactive PrePaid connection. Hence the linking is also unsuccessful. Don't worry, I just deleted the account. Feel free to create a new account now via our website and then link your subscription again. After that, it should work!

Hi Pharwin

I tried to make a new account but it said the email address was still linked to another account. Does this mean the previous account was not deleted, since I could also still log in? I couldn't add the subscription either.
