I cannot activate a business esim abroad

Good day, I have a business esim however I am not able to activate it I only get this error message (see attached image) is there a way I can fix this?

unfortunatly, this forum is only for consumer products. Moderators can not look into the CRM systems of businesss customers.

There is a dedicated helpdesk for business products, they can only be reached by phone on  +31624007112 and webform via : https://www.odido.nl/zakelijk/service/contact/email
