Modem unstable / defect

Hi, my modem wifi internet is going unstable. I need to do a reset every day so that the connection comes back. I can use my own wifi router, but it is only 2.4G router. Can I get my modem replaced / fixed to solve the 5G instability?

Good evening @briansusilo ,

 

How did you reset your modem?

- turning it of and in again by the power switch?

- unplugging it from the electricity socket?

- by doing a totalreset pushing the button on the back. You need f.e. paperclip to reset it this way

    By unplugging the modem, waiting for 10 secs and plugging it back.
