Still being charged for Tablet Subscription - no longer living in the Netherlands and already cancelled phone subscription so can no longer access MijnOdido


Hello,

As the title states, I have moved away from the Netherlands and cancelled my Odidio subscription. However, I accepted a deal where I was also given a tablet with a subscription. On MijnOdido, I only saw the option to cancel my phone plan (which I am not being charged for). However, there was no option to cancel or complete the payout for the tablet subscription, so I am still being charged 14 euro per month for the tablet. I can no longer access MijnOdido as I do not have my previous phone for 2FA authentification so I do not know how to resolve this and stop the tablet subscription. Please help!

Hello ​@Fitznick24 welcome to our Community! I understand very well that the subscriptions are no longer needed, since you have moved abroad. 

I checked your subscription right away and I see that your mobile subscription has been discontinued. I also searched with your subscription and I indeed came across a tablet subscription, whose number ends in ***4805. I see that this one has not been cancelled, hence invoices are still being charged. This subscription still runs through 10-7-2025. If you wish to cancel the subscription, it can be discontinued after one month's notice. However, you will have to buy off the subscription as you are still in contract. You will then pay 50% of the monthly cost for the remaining months and the full device credit you currently have outstanding with your tablet subscription. 

We can no longer process cancellations, from now on this can only be done by phone by calling: 0800-0092. This can be done from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 17:30. They will be happy to help you cancel this subscription!

The number Pharwin mentions is only reachable within the Netherlands. From abroad you dial:  +316-24001200
