Cancel mobile and internet subscription: moving abroad with proof of relocation

Hello,

I would like to cancel my subscription one month from now, but I haven’t been able to do so via phone, nor could I find the proper form to cancel it before the end of the contract. I also learned that since Odido is not available in my next country of residence, the contract termination will have no extra cost. Could you please confirm this and provide guidance on how to proceed with the cancellation?

Hello ​@joaofl, welcome to our Community! I understand very well that you want to cancel your subscription, as you are moving abroad. I will be happy to clarify this for you! You can cancel your subscription after one month's notice. If you are out of contract, this is free of charge. If you are still in contract, you have to pay it off. You will then pay 50% of the monthly costs for the remaining months and the phone credit you still have open (if you have one). 

I cannot process the cancellation for you this way, sorry! You can only arrange it by phone by calling: 0800-0092. This can be done from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 17:30. Choose option 1 (mobile), then option 4 (cancel subscription) and then option 2. This will take you to the department that can help you cancel your subscription.
