Cancel mobile and internet subscription: moving abroad with proof of relocation


Hello,

I would like to cancel my subscription one month from now, but I haven’t been able to do so via phone, nor could I find the proper form to cancel it before the end of the contract. I also learned that since Odido is not available in my next country of residence, the contract termination will have no extra cost. Could you please confirm this and provide guidance on how to proceed with the cancellation?
