Hi,

I wanted to cancel my klik and klaar subscription. But no success I first went to the one of odido shops  they said that I need to call customer service. I called them. They escaleted me to 4 different departmants in 1 hour and the guy that I have spoken the last said that I can't resolve your issue try to call tomorrow. I will call tomorrow again but I don’t know if they would resolve my issue. I need to leave netherlands tomorrow and I have this router and don’t know where to send. Please give me some ideas I also cannot find any option  online to terminate my contract .

Thanks for your response. The problem is I tried to cancel my subscription by calling Odido customer service. But they didn't help me. So can you help me with that ?

This is always with a month’s notice, so I cancelled the subscription per 01-09-2025. 

As ​@eric mentioned, you can already send the equipment to the address stated above. Please don’t forget to put a note in the box with your details (zip code, house number). You will also receive an e-mail confirmation about this within one working day.
