I have a problem because I ordered two internets by mistake, I sent them back the modem with the sim card as instructed in the regulations, it's been two months now and they charge me for invoices, and I only use one device, I can't get anything done when I call, please can someone help me?

I am sure I can help you. Would you mind adding your postcode, street address, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number to your profile?
