I am writing to you with an urgent request because I am currently stuck in my mortgage application due to a negative BKR registration. This is a very stressful situation for me, and I hope you can help me.
The negative registration occurred during a hectic period in my life. During covid, I unfortunately missed a monthly payment. Due to all the chaos, I had neglected to report my change of address in time, which meant that I missed important letters. When I became aware of this, I immediately contacted your customer service and tried to resolve everything.
During my conversations with customer service I got different answers. Eventually I was advised to pay off the entire outstanding amount in one go. I did this immediately, because I was promised that this would remove the negative registration, and I received an email saying that it will be removed in a week. Unfortunately, it was not. I have emailed incasso@odido.nl and no one is answering.
I feel really desperate, because I have done everything that was asked of me and now I am stuck. I had really hoped that I would have heard something today, unfortunately this was not the case. this Monday is our deadline for the suspensive conditions, so I really hope that it can be resolved as soon as possible!
Therefore, I would like to kindly but urgently request you to reconsider my situation and remove the negative BKR registration. I would like my mortgage to be approved and hope that you can help me with this. If you need more information, I am of course ready to provide it.
