I have had an odido SIM card subscription which started around November 2023 and I left the Netherlands in July of 2024 not realising I had a 2 year contract and the only way that seemed possible to cancel the subscription was by calling, which I couldn't do since I moved outside of the EU and I also stopped using the email I was using before, which means I couldn't see the incoming emails about the invoices. Now I do not have my odido SIM card anymore and I have no other way of reaching out to Odido except this thread. I understand this is my oversight and I would like to resolve this. I saw it is possible to cancel the subscription and pay for half of the remaining time, im guessing this is my best option? Also because I wasn’t paying the invoices for around half a year, I received an email from boss Incasso to pay an extra amount to them as well. Is there a way to resolve this with Odido? I apologise for my mistake and I’m looking forward to resolving the issue by paying the amount I owe. Thanks a lot in advance!
