I ordered a new iPhone 16 (blue/green) a couple days ago and im not able to track it to know when it would be delivered in Eindhoven store. this is my order number 231223893. The number I currently have doesnt 'receive sms or calls so I wont be able to receive an sms, I need the phone and sim card soon

If you have chosen to pickup your order in the store than it can take up to a few working days for your order to be available in the store, when the phone is out of stock it will take longer.
You can search for the number of the store and call them or visit the store to check on your order.
Orders you want to pickup in the shop, they cannot be tracked online.
