Er stond dat het product direct leverbaar is, alleen heb ik tot nu toe nog niks gehoord. Zouden jullie voor mij kunnen kijken of het al binnen is? ook heb ik nog geen sms binnen gekregen. (koos ervoor om het op te halen in de winkel)

Houd er rekening mee dat prijzige toestellen uit ons logistieke center moeten worden besteld en deze zo snel mogelijk naar de betreffende winkel worden verstuurd. Dit kan maximaal een paar dagen in beslag nemen. Ik heb je bestelling erbij gepakt en ik zie dat zojuist vanochtend een sms vanuit de winkel naar jou is verstuurd en dat de bestelling voor je klaarligt in onze winkel! Je kunt deze dus vanaf nu ophalen. Vergeet niet om een geldig legitimatiebewijs mee te nemen, zodat mijn collega's kunnen verifiĂ«ren dat jij de juiste persoon bent. Ik wens je alvast heel veel plezier met je nieuwe iPad! Uiteraard ook alvast een hele fijne jaarwisseling gewenst! âš
Hi, Same issue, on top of that I have reset my old cell phone and deleted all data so I lost the eSIM thereby as well I could not receive SMS, I couldnât login to Mijn Odido on the PC due to the 4 digits code.

I need your help regarding the transfer options, which rely on data from my old device. I have already deleted and erased all content and settings on my previous cellphone, including the eSIM. I was expecting to receive a QR code either in the package or via email today.
Unfortunately, I have been out of coverage since last Friday, and most apps require verification via SMS beyond iCloud.
Could please send me an email with the QR code or a manual setup code? of course not tonight or tomorrow. Hopefully as quickly as possible.
There are no moderators anymore and tomorrow maybe also a very limited amount. So, prepare for the worst that this can take another day before Pharwin can respond.

With a renewal you do not receive a new eSIM/physical SIM card. You can use your current SIM card or transfer your eSIM to your new iPhone.
No worries, I can order a new eSIM for you and send it by mail. Can I set that up for you? Or in the meantime, had you already stopped by one of our stores, where my colleagues can immediately provide you with a new eSIM and also help you with activation?
