Hello

I want to cancel my subscription. I wrote this to one of your employees 1 month ago, but did not receive any response. I also thought that my subscription would be canceled at the end of my contract, but that did not happen. I can't do that via the App. Can you please do this?

Hi @AlexandeerZ, our contracts will not end automatically, but you will have to give us a month's notice to cancel the subscription for you. What way did you contact us exactly last time and did you receive a confirmation of the cancellation? 

I would love to help you to make sure that the subscription will be cancelled. Can you please make sure to add your zip code, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the bank account number in your profile? That way I can access your subscription and help you with this!

Hi @AlexandeerZ, could you do what Nora asked in her comment? Add your zip code, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the bank account number in your profile. Otherwise we cannot do anything for you.

I immediately made the arrangements for your subscription to be canceled with a month’s notice. You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation about this as well as instructions to send the router back to us.
