Woensdag- en donderdagavond rond 8:00-8:30 uur is er een internetstoring.

Stroomreset van ONT herstelt verbinding.

Hi ​@jareinertson, thank you! It is fixed now, is that correct? As you are not using our modem, I can't check what the issue may have been. If you are experiencing issues, please connect our modem and check your connection on our modem and ONT. Is the connection still offline, please let me know and keep our modem connected, so I can investigate. Thank you so much!

Hi ​@jareinertson, ik wil met alle liefde met je meekijken naar jouw internetverbinding! Ervaar je op dit moment nog steeds problemen? Zou je in dat geval je geboortedatum en de laatste 4 cijfers van het rekeningnummer willen toevoegen aan je profiel, zodat ik met je mee kan kijken? Ook ben ik erg benieuwd welke lampjes er branden op het modem en de ONT, wil je me dit ook laten weten? Dan ga ik voor je aan de slag!

Hello Nora, I have made the profile updates you requested. The ONT showed the three normal lights but with no activity indicated on the left most activity light. I do not use the ODIDO modem so I cannot provide the modem light references yo are probably looking for however MY TP-LINK DECO unit indicated “no Internet connection”. Resetting the ONT resolved the issue.

Hello Cheyenne, the issue is resolved because I restarted the ONT. nothing else was required. This is the fourth occurrence of this issue in the past week. Reinstalling the ODIDO Router is a pain. Sadly it appears you are unable to provide any support unless this is occurs even though the issue appears to be isolated to the ONT or fiber optic (FO) network. Even Jason in the community section of the ODIDO app indicates there are known issues with evening FO network stability. I suggest you focus your efforts in that area. As it is my understanding the FO cable is actually KPN owned and operated, I suggest you and KPN should work together to get this issue resolved.
