Final bill settlement

Hi..

I have cancelled my T-mobile subscription on October 4th 2021. In the bill for November I received the bill stating that I have paid the full amount for october and it mentioned that I will get the money back. Since it is almost 2 months since the account was closed, I am wondering when the amount will be refunded to the account?

Thanks for alerting me about this issue! I immediately looked into your dossier and I’m happy to see that your refund will be on your account any day now, or it has already arrived in the meantime.
